Nissan brings many high-end features to the 2026 Sentra without requiring expensive upper trim levels. Every 2026 Sentra trim is equipped with a large 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, which is twice as bright as earlier versions. In contrast, the standard Toyota Corolla has an eight-inch screen, while the largest models offer only a 10.5-inch display.

Unlike other competitors that offer forward collision braking, the Sentra comes with Nissan Safety Shield® 360 as standard on all models. This includes Rear Automatic Braking and a Rear Sonar Parking System right from the start-features that often require expensive packages or are not available on the Civic and Elantra base models. It surpasses the Honda Civic and Hyundai Elantra, both offering 42.3 inches, and offers more space than the tighter front cabin of the Toyota Corolla. Zero Gravity front seats are designed to reduce pressure points on the spine and hips, significantly decreasing driving fatigue. This gives the Sentra an advantage over the flatter, stiffer seats in the Corolla.
